About Troy

Part skier, part road biker, part neighborhood regular, I’m the kind of agent who hopes to run into you at the grocery store long after closing.

I’m based in the Mill District and genuinely love where I live. Most days you’ll find me walking along the Mississippi, hanging at Gold Medal Park with my dog Storm, or grabbing a drink in the North Loop. Being this connected to the city isn’t just a lifestyle, it’s how I help my clients. I know what it actually feels like to live here, not just what’s on a listing.

I studied Economics at UC Berkeley and am pursing an MBA in Real Estate at Berkeley Haas School of Business. Before this, I worked as a management consultant with Fortune 500 companies, so I balance strategy and thoughtfulness with my clients. Just as important, I’ve lived in different parts of the country and traveled to over 50+ countries, which gives me a broad perspective on how people live and what matters most to them.

I stay actively involved in Minneapolis through community organizations, and I keep a close pulse on how neighborhoods are evolving so my clients can make informed decisions.

Outside of real estate, I’m usually road biking, cooking, backpacking, skiing at Afton, or out dancing with friends. I care a lot about balance and about showing up for the people in my life. You probably won’t catch me working on Mother’s Day or Father’s Day, those are reserved for family.

I look forward to connecting, whether that’s helping you find your dream home or saying hi when I see you out in Minneapolis.
